Our Services

We provide used vehicle purchasing services throughout Ontario, including:

• Vehicle evaluation and appraisal
• Direct purchase of used vehicles
• Title transfer assistance
• Documentation and paperwork handling
• Immediate payment for qualifying vehicles

Vehicle Purchase Process

Evaluation and Offer

• All offers are subject to physical vehicle inspection
• Online or phone estimates are preliminary and non-binding
• Final purchase price is determined after in-person evaluation
• We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw offers based on actual vehicle condition

Required Documentation

To complete a vehicle purchase, you must provide:

• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Vehicle ownership certificate (title)
• Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP) if available
• Lien discharge documents (if applicable)
• Any other documentation required by Ontario law

Payment Terms

• Payment is made upon completion of all documentation
• HST (13%) will be calculated and remitted as required by law
• Payment methods include certified cheque, bank draft, or electronic transfer
• All payments are in Canadian dollars

Seller Representations and Warranties

By selling your vehicle to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it
• The vehicle is free of liens, encumbrances, or claims (unless disclosed)
• All information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete
• The vehicle has not been declared a total loss by any insurance company
• The vehicle has not been involved in flood, fire, or major accident damage (unless disclosed)
• You have the right to transfer clear title to us

Disclosure Requirements

In accordance with OMVIC regulations and Ontario consumer protection laws, you must disclose any known material facts about the vehicle including:

• Previous accident damage or repairs
• Flood, fire, or weather damage
• Mechanical problems or defects
• Previous use as rental, taxi, police, or emergency vehicle
• Any liens or encumbrances
• Odometer discrepancies or rollbacks

Cancellation and Returns

All vehicle purchases are final upon completion of the transaction and payment. There is no cooling-off period or return policy unless required by applicable law. In cases of material misrepresentation, we reserve the right to void the transaction and seek appropriate remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We purchase vehicles "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for your vehicle
• We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
• Claims must be made within 30 days of the transaction date

Our business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations including:

• Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealers Act
• OMVIC Code of Ethics and regulations
• Ontario Consumer Protection Act
• Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
• Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms
